General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) – Privacy Notice
A new data privacy law, the General Data Protection Regulation, came into effect on 25th May 2018. This means the requirements relating to the personal data we hold about you have changed.
We are committed to respecting your privacy. This notice is to explain how the group of Consultant Radiologists working together as the Kent & Sussex Radiology Group may use personal information we collect about you, before, during and after your interaction with us. This notice applies to how we comply with the law on data protection and your rights under the regulation.

We will treat any personal information (which means data by which you can be identified, including your name, address, email address and the like) that you provide to us, or that we obtain from you, in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act of 1998.
Who controls it
Kent & Sussex Radiology Group, will hold any information obtained via this website, or any other website controlled by Kent & Sussex Radiology Group.
What we collect
Personal information that you send us voluntarily, either via any forms on the website, by emailing us, or by your making other enquiries to us.
Other information may also be collected automatically via cookies and in the server's log files.

The server's log files automatically record data about your usage of the website, but none of this information is personalised or identifies you as an individual as you remain anonymous whilst visiting the website.
